We at Lettere Hjem offer low shipping rate of €3.95. and FREE SHIPPING OVER €50

This means you can buy as many items as you want and still only pay €3.95 in shipping.

Delivery time:

Our processing time from order to shipment is 1-3 days.

Our delivery time can vary between 6 - 14 days.

Shipping:

Goods are shipped directly from China to the buyer.

How do I return it?
If you wish to return your order, you must contact our customer service or write an explanation of the reason for the return and enclose the package when you return.

Customer service must be contacted before returning an item.

Terms and conditions for returning goods

To receive a full refund for a return/cancellation, the item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. That is, in the original packaging, with all labels attached, and without odors or marks.

If you return a used item, we will assess the item's reduced value and refund the used value of the item. An item without original packaging, tags or with odors/marks will be considered used and the full amount will not be eligible for a refund. The customer must cover the return shipping costs themselves.

Uncollected orders
We reserve the right to charge the handling costs incurred when a package is not collected (return shipping, handling costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of 499kr if the package is not collected. The shipment is at the post office for 14 days before it is returned to us. Therefore, please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the item, you must first collect the package and then return it. Packages that are not collected are not included in the right of withdrawal.

NOTE: To avoid the item being sent incorrectly or not delivered by the postman, it is important that you enter the correct name, address and postal code when ordering. It is also important that the mailbox is marked with the same name as in the order.

When will I receive a refund for my return?
We are working hard to process your return. The money will be refunded to the same payment method you used when ordering.

From the day you receive confirmation of receipt of the return with the return amount, we will refund the amount to your bank card/bank account, this can take up to 10 business days, with PayPal you will have the return amount available in your PayPal account within 1-2 business days, while with Klarna you will have the return amount credited to your Klarna invoice within 1-2 business days.
